Individual Therapy
(Therapy offered for Children 6 and older, Adolescents, Teenagers, Adults,  & Geriatrics)  
Individual Therapy is a one-to-one 60 minute service used to assist the client in achieving a better quality of life. Our first session will involve an assessment of your problem(s) followed by you and I collaborating to determine your treatment goals. Periodically, we will revisit your treatment goals and revise them as needed. The frequency and amount of time spent in therapy varies and is determined by the individual needs of the clients. 
  
Group Therapy
(Therapy offered for Children 6 and older, Adolescents, Teenagers, Adults,  & Geriatrics)  

The objective of this 60 minute service is to target issues in a supportive and confidential environment in the company of your peers. Some of the benefits of participating in group therapy include connecting with people experiencing the same or similar problems, giving and receiving  helpful feedback and support, learning and implementing healthy and  productive communication skills and obtaining insight about yourself and the way you relate to others. 

Couple’s Therapy
(Therapy offered for Adults 18 and older)  

Couple’s Therapy, a researched driven 60 minute service, aims to identify strengths in addition to current and potential barriers to a healthy relationship. The couple’s treatment plan is a collaborative strategy and is unique to each partnership. Matters such as infidelity, compatibility, and communication concerns are addressed during the sessions. The frequency and amount of time spent in therapy varies and is determined by the needs of the couple. 

Family Therapy

Family Therapy, a 60 minute service, focuses on strengthening the bonds between members of the family unit. The impact of member behaviors are analyzed to determine the positive and negative impacts on the family unit.  Grief, addiction, abuse, depression, and communication are some of the problems treated in family therapy. Treatment is collaborative and adapted to serve the needs of each family. The frequency and amount of time spent in therapy varies and is determined by the needs of the family.
